Buying from Lipsy.co.uk is secure and easy…follow these simple steps to order your gorgeous garments.

·          Once you have chosen the item(s) that have made you weak at the knees, select the size, quantity and colour (if applicable) then click the heart to ‘Add to Bag’. 

·          You will now be taken to your shopping bag page, containing all the Lipsy items you have added to your bag.

·          If you have finished shopping and have double-checked the contents of your shopping bag, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the ‘Check Out’ button.

·          You will need to register with us before your order can be processed - you only need to do this once. You will be asked to enter your email and set up a password to access your account.

·          When you return to shop with Lipsy.co.uk, you can log back into the site by entering your email and password details. Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your password, simply click here and we will email it to you.

·          Once you are registered with us, you will need to tell us where you’d like your items to be delivered and to fill in your credit card details. You then click the "Complete Order" button to place your order. Rest assured that the details you give us are kept secure and not passed on to any third parties.

·          You will be presented with another screen where you can review and amend your order before submitting it to Lipsy. Make sure you review this page carefully, as you won’t be able to change the order once payment has been processed.

·          Great, your order has now been placed and the fantastic Lipsy items shall be yours! 

·          Just in case, make a note of your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email shortly after placing the order.

·          We will let you know by email when the item is dispatched and on its way to you.

·          You can return to the site at any time and view your order details by clicking on the "My Account" button on the top right hand corner of the site.
