Saturday Delivery: £12.50  PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS MUST BE IN BY 1:00pm FRIDAY

PLEASE NOTE THIS INFORMATION FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERIES:

      Before placing your order, please note:

·          If you place your order before 1.00pm on Monday to Thursday it will be dispatched the same day by Parcel Force, to arrive the following day between 8am-6pm.

·         Parcel Force cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8am-6pm window.

After your order has been placed and/or shipped:

·          Should you need to change your delivery address, you can contact Customer Services to see if this is possible, although there is no guarantee.

·          You may track your order using a unique tracking link which will be emailed to you.

·          If you are not present to accept the delivery the driver will leave the parcel in a 'safe place' (out of sight and protected from the elements). He will then leave a card through your door informing you of this.

·          If there is not a safe place the driver will leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for re-delivery.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & UK OFFSHORE

UK Offshore includes delivery to the Channel Islands, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands, Isle of Skye, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly.

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): £9.95

EUROPE

Below is a list of the European countries that we deliver to, as well as their respective delivery costs and time scales. Please note when placing an order we advise that you select a work address rather than a residential one as our couriers only deliver between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

INTERNATIONAL
For all international orders, please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
