What if I need to return an item? We cannot imagine that you would want to return any goods after all the compliments you’ll receive when out and about in Lipsy! In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the item is not to your taste, you can simply return them within 21 days of dispatch. The items need to be retuned, within 21 days of dispatch, in their original condition. Therefore, when trying on items, please ensure that you have not been smoking or wearing perfume/deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to refund any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM OUTSIDE OF THE 21 DAYS WE CAN NOT REFUND YOU FOR THE RETURNED ITEM! Nor are we able to send it back to you. So please look closely at the dispatch date before returning your item -- we don't want to disappoint you!
Can I return jewellery? For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings. The standard returns policy applies for all other jewellery unless otherwise stated.
How long will it take to get my refund? Before contacting us please take note of the timescales required to process a refund:
Please allow 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.
Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your Order Confirmation email was sent).
After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 5 working days for this to reflect on your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
What amount will I be refunded? Delivery charges are non refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the delivery charge. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly. The cost and care of returning the item(s) is your responsibility, therefore we recommend that you send the parcel by recorded delivery.
Can I have an exchange instead of a refund? Unfortunately we do not offer any exchanges. You will need to place a new order on the Lipsy website http://www.lipsy.co.uk/ and return the original item for a refund.
How do I return an item? The only way to return an item is by post so follow the instructions below:
Complete the Returns Note by following the Returns Instructions specified on your Despatch Note Enclose your Returns Note with your goods in a securely wrapped parcel, and place a returns address label on the parcel.

Post the item, making sure that you keep your Despatch Note and proof of postage in a safe place until you receive your refund. Please note that Lipsy do not offer pre-paid postal returns.
What if I received a faulty item? If the item you received is faulty, please contact Customer Services quoting your order number, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
