We know that you want your gorgeous Lipsy items to arrive to you, clean, crisp and ready to slip on so you can jet set around town. Unfortunately, relying on a third party company for delivery of your items means, that damage can occur and there is the slim chance that goods may even get lost in transit. For this very reason, we offer you the option of delivery insurance.
This 95p surcharge is our guarantee to you that, should an item arrive damaged we will send out a replacement, regardless of whether you have signed the courier delivery sheet indicating that the item(s) were received in a good condition. (We know that most of the time you end up signing the courier paperwork before you’ve even had a chance to try on your new clothes).
This 95p enables us to fund our own insurance policy to cover damages in transit so that we are not reliant on our courier’s policies, which usually refuse liability once a signature has been provided by the customer.
