1. To check whether your browser blocks cookies
On Internet Explorer 7
Go to Tools / Internet Options / Privacy.
Look at the Setting.
If it is higher than Medium indicates cookies are blocked.
On FireFox 2
Go to Tools / Options / Privacy.
Look at Accept Cookies from sites and Exceptions.
Cookies to this website are blocked if either of these conditions are true:
- either Accept Cookies from sites is not "ticked" and the URL of this web site is not Allowed in Exceptions
- or Accept Cookies from sites is "ticked" but the URL of this web site is Blocked in Exceptions
2. To configure your browser to allow cookies
On Internet Explorer 7
Go to Tools / Internet Options / Privacy
Change the Setting to Medium by clicking the Default button.
On FireFox 2
Go to Tools / Options / Privacy
Then
- either leave Accept Cookies from sites "unticked" but Allow the URL of this website in Exceptions
- or "tick" the Accept Cookies from sites and ensure the URL of this website is not Blocked in Exceptions
