The countdown to summer has begun!
We're super excited to announce that our new SS11 swimwear collection arrived this week which can only mean one thing; the countdown to summer has begun!

Amber Rose calls into Lipsy
Last week saw a flurry of excitement at Lipsy HQ, when fashion icon and model Amber Rose swung by to round off her UK trip for London Fashion Week. Amber stopped by to pick out some of Lipsy's latest looks before jetting off back to the US. Having spent most of her week front row at London's hottest catwalk shows and partying with the likes of Chipmunk, all the Lipsy girls were more than excited to have Kanye West's stunning ex girlfriend in their office! Amber absolutely loved all of her Lipsy bits and was giving the girls a crash course in styling picking out Lipsy accessories and jewellery to team up with her outfits. The Lipsy girls were all also loving Amber's hot pink lips; keeping it fashion forward with the colour block trend for SS11. Amber was telling us that Miami is one of her favourite places to party and couldn't wait to wear one of her Lipsy dresses to one of the cities many hotspots next time she was in town. With her laid back LA attitude and uber cool style, Amber Rose might just be Lipsy's latest style crush...

I think different occassions suit different looks, so I like them both.
Where would you take a girl on a first date?
I've just learnt to cook and got my own place, so I would invite them round for dinner, a movie and a bottle of wine.
What do you think is the biggest fashion no no for girls?
I prefer girls who make an effort with there shoes, I'm not a big fan of girls who wear trainers.
Do you prefer beauty or brains?
I think they have to have both.

What inspires you?
Other artists and good music.

When I'm not on tour I like to just relax at home with a movie.
What has been your biggest achievement so far?
Seeing how far I've come from the days when I was recording in my bedroom.
What did you want to be growing up?
I always wanted to do something that was music related as I started DJ'ing when I was 13.
